Die Geschichte erzählt, dass in Besinov sowie dem Dorf Kourim keltische Siedlungen standen. Fundorte weisen darauf hin. So werden bis heute auf dem zu Besinov gehörenden Land Keramikscherben, Münzen, Schmuck unter anderem
gefunden.

Jedes Jahr finden keltische Spiele auf einem nahe gelegenen Hügel statt. Diese Spiele zeigen das Leben der Kelten.
